Audio / Media Projection

The main goal of the tech team in this department is to broadcast the Sunday Service in a manner that appeals to a diverse group of learning styles and sound tastes/hearing abilities; which includes: Power Point Presentations, design and operation of Pro Presenter (lyrics, slides, and videos), Sound Mixing, Stage Lighting (computer driven DMX controls), and recording/CD duplication.

 

Current & Future Audio Projects:

~ Re-Designed Stage Lighting System

~ New central UPS battery backup system to supply all the Tech Equipment with clean power, isolated ground, and battery back up during a power event

~ Cleanup and maintenance of cabling

Computer Technology

The Tech Team is responsible for taking care of ALL the church’s computer needs.  From computer maintenance and installs, to networking and website design.  Our goal is to keep the church running smoothly and efficiently while staying up to date and in budget.  We are always looking for new and creative ideas to accomplish these goals…

 

Current / Future IT Projects

~ Complete the transition to Mac Systems in the entire church

~ Crossover from Media Shout projection to Pro Presenter.  This includes redesigning all graphic and video files to optimal resolution

~ File maintenance and cleanup on all computers

Requirements For Joining Our Team:

You must:

~ Be willing to serve with a humble heart

~ Be a regularly attending member of NBC for at least 3 months.

~ Attend one of the Discovering New Beginnings Classes

~ Be willing and able to follow instructions from leaders

~ Go through a training period of up to 4 weeks

~ Have an email address and/or text messaging program

~ Be on time and reliable
