Some Fun In The Sun – Redding Water Park

If you’re in the Junior High or High School youth group, July 9th we’ll be going to the Redding Water Slides. Cost is $25 which includes admission, lunch, and dinner at In-N-Out Burger. Bring extra money for snacks and equipment rental. Meet at New Beginnings Church at 7 am. We MUST have your signed permission slip with payment by Wednesday, July 7th. NBC High School youth group will be serving a meal at the Medford Gospel Mission Saturday June 5th. Meet at the Gospel Mission on Jackson at 2:30. GOSPEL Journey Maui Starts Wednesday Night May 5th!

Catalytic questions, raw discussions, unexpected twists, all in the island setting of Maui. This unscripted reality series captures seven young people from diverse worldviews wrestling through some of the greatest questions of life. What is the purpose of life? Why are there so many religions and can they all be right? What happens after we die? Each day, a new question was introduced by “the Preacher Man,” Greg Stier, triggering intense spiritual dialogue and a tidal wave of emotions.

Have any friends that don’t know Jesus? Invite them!

New Beginnings Church Spaghetti Feed

The whole church is invited to enjoy a spaghetti dinner served by the youth group from New Beginnings Church. Come fellowship and mingle with other CARE groups Dinner will be served at 6:30. Weather permitting we’ll go sledding on Saturday, March 6th. Meet at NBC at 8:30 for a day of sledding, hot choclate, and good times! More details to follow!!

Habitat for Humanity Cardboard City Competition March 13th

NBC Youth Group will be participating in the 1st annual Habitat for Humanity Rogue Valley Cardboard City. There will be many youth groups throughout the Rogue Valley participating. We will meet at NBC on Saturday March 13th at 9:30. Every group will have exactly three hours to design, build and decorate their shack. Throughout the build there will be “surprise” competitions to help win shack upgrades! All shacks must be completed at 3:00pm. Starting at 4pm we will have open house! This will allow your family and friends the opportunity to come and see all of your handy work as well as to vote for their favorite shack. Voting tickets will be for sale at the entrance to the area. Each house will have a bucket out front where on lookers will be able to cast their votes with their purchased tickets. There will be prizes for the Youth Groups whose cardboard shack’s gets the most votes. More details to follow!!

Junior High Pizza Party and Bowling
